How it Works
I will guide you through a 3 step process over our 4 sessions together.
1) Using breathwork and guided meditation we tune into what matters to you most to define your purpose.
2) Then we create a plan specific to you, so you can weave purposeful action into your life on a daily basis.
3) Taking these actions will steer you towards a fulfilled life aligned with your values and deep sense of purpose.
